Privacy

Privacypolicy.

In short: we don't use any cookies of our own, and no tracking or analytics. Here's everything that happens with your data when you visit the site, book or get in touch.

    Who is responsible

    The data controller is Infinity Enterprises AB (reg. no. 559573-0069), which operates Royal Sound Studio. Send any questions about your data to royalsound@infinity-ab.com.

    Cookies and tracking

    This site sets no cookies of its own. We use no analytics, no tracking and no ads.

    We store a small marker in your browser's local storage (localStorage) so the intro animation only shows the first time. It contains no personal data, is never sent to us and can be cleared in your browser.

    Spotify and Featured tracks

    The cover images in Featured tracks are loaded from Spotify's image server when the page is shown. It sets no cookies, but as with any request to another server, Spotify sees your IP address.

    Nothing else is loaded from Spotify until you click a track. When you do, Spotify's player loads, and Spotify may then set cookies and process data under its own rules. If you're not logged in to Spotify, you'll hear a preview of about 30 seconds.

    Booking and payment

    You book and pay through Acuity Scheduling, and payment is handled by Stripe. We use the details you enter there, such as name, email and phone number, to manage your booking and payment, contact you about it and prepare your session. Card details are handled by Stripe.

    Acuity and Stripe also process data under their own policies.

  5. 5.

    When you get in touch

    You can reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp. We only use what you send to reply and handle your request. Pre-filled messages are only sent when you press send yourself.

    WhatsApp is owned by Meta and has its own privacy policy.

  6. 7.

    Hosting

    The site is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages). Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to serve and protect the site. We don't use that data for statistics or marketing.

  7. 8.

    Retention and your rights

    We keep booking and payment records for 7 years, as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are deleted after 12 months.

    You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict how it's used and to object to its processing. Email royalsound@infinity-ab.com. If you're unhappy, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
