The terms for studio bookings, mixing and mastering, and membership.

Studio booking
These terms apply to bookings made with Royal Sound Studio, operated by Infinity Enterprises AB, organisation number 559573-0069.
- 1.
Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed when payment has been completed and you receive a booking confirmation. The service, duration, location, price and any selected add-ons are shown in your booking details. All customer-facing prices include VAT.
An engineer is included only when stated in the selected service or added separately to the booking.
- 2.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled starting time.
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session are eligible for a refund or one free rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session and missed appointments are normally non-refundable. Royal Sound Studio may offer rescheduling at its discretion.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
- 3.
Arrival and session time
The session begins and ends at the booked times. Late arrival does not extend the session or reduce the price.
Setup, recording, breaks, file transfers and packing down must be completed within the booked time. Additional time is subject to availability and may involve an additional charge.
- 4.
Clients and guests
The person making the booking is responsible for their guests and their conduct in the studio.
Smoking, illegal substances, threatening behaviour and deliberate misuse of studio equipment are prohibited. Royal Sound Studio may end a session if conduct is unsafe, illegal or seriously disruptive.
- 5.
Equipment and damage
Clients must follow instructions provided by Royal Sound Studio or the assigned engineer.
The person making the booking may be held responsible for damage caused intentionally or through negligence by them or their guests. Normal wear and technical faults not caused by the client are excluded.
- 6.
Files and personal property
Clients are responsible for saving and backing up their files before leaving the studio. Royal Sound Studio does not guarantee long-term storage of recordings, projects or exported files after the session.
Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. Any loss or damage will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
- 7.
Engineer services
When an engineer is included, the engineer will provide the services reasonably possible within the booked time. Specific creative or commercial results cannot be guaranteed.
Any work requested outside the booked session, including additional editing, mixing, mastering or revisions, must be agreed and priced separately.
- 8.
Changes by Royal Sound Studio
If Royal Sound Studio has to cancel a confirmed booking, the client will be offered either a new suitable time or a full refund for the affected booking.
- 9.
Personal information
Information submitted during booking is used to administer the appointment, process payment, communicate with the client and prepare for the session.
- 10.
Applicable rights
These terms do not limit any mandatory rights the client may have under applicable Swedish consumer law.

Mix & Mastering
Terms & Conditions for studio services such as production, mixing and mastering.
- 1.
Services
The studio provides music-related services including, but not limited to, music production, mixing, mastering, studio rental, and related creative services (“Services”). The scope of each service is agreed upon at the time of booking.
- 2.
Booking & payment
All bookings are binding once confirmed. Full payment or an agreed deposit may be required before work begins. All prices are stated including VAT. Invoices must be paid within the stated due date.
Late payments may result in delayed delivery and/or additional fees.
- 3.
Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made later than this, or failure to attend, may result in full or partial charges. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
- 4.
Revisions
Mixing and mastering services include a reasonable number of revisions, unless otherwise agreed. Additional revisions beyond this may be charged separately. Revisions do not include changes to the original recordings or arrangements unless agreed in advance.
- 5.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for delivering all files in the agreed format and quality. The studio is not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality recordings, incorrect files, or incomplete information provided by the client.
- 6.
Delivery & turnaround
Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing. Delays caused by the client (late feedback, missing files, unpaid invoices) may affect delivery timelines.
- 7.
Ownership & rights
Upon full payment, the client retains full ownership of their music and recordings. The studio retains the right to use excerpts of completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 8.
Satisfaction & artistic judgment
All services are subjective by nature. By booking, the client acknowledges that creative decisions are based on the studio's professional judgment. Refunds are not provided due to personal taste or creative preference.
- 9.
Limitation of liability
The studio is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or loss of opportunities. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
- 10.
Force majeure
The studio is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to technical failures, illness, or external events.
- 11.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Swedish jurisdiction.

Membership
Terms for the Royal Sound Access, Creator and Pro memberships.
- 1.
Membership and payment
Your membership starts when your first payment succeeds and renews monthly until cancelled. The price shown at checkout includes VAT. Access to each new month's studio time depends on successful payment.
- 2.
Included studio time
Access includes 8 hours, Creator includes 16 hours, and Pro includes 24 hours per billing period. Sessions are booked in 4-hour blocks at Studio 1 – Årsta or Studio 3 – Globen, subject to availability. Unused time expires at the end of each billing period and does not roll over.
- 3.
What is included
Membership covers self-operated studio time only. Studio 2 and a house engineer are not included. The booking code is for the named member and must not be shared or transferred.
- 4.
Booking changes
Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the session starts. A session cancelled later, or missed without notice, uses its 4-hour credit. If Royal Sound Studio has to cancel a session, we will restore the credit or arrange another suitable time.
- 5.
Availability
Membership does not guarantee a particular room, date or time. If we cannot make the included time reasonably available during your billing period, contact us so we can arrange an extension or another appropriate solution.
- 6.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel future renewals at any time by contacting royalsound@infinity-ab.com before your next renewal date. Your membership remains active until the end of the period you have paid for; it will not renew after that. Cancellation does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
